Rubber washer seals out water
Use to install 6mm, 8mm and 10mm multi-wall polycarbonate panels, fiberglass or corrugated plastic onto wood frame. EPDM Rubber washer seals out water. Zinc plated, hex head, #9 x 1-1/2". Pack of 100.
Drill a 1/4" hole in the polycarbonate for each Washer Head Screw. Do not use Washer Head Screws as a substitute for bar caps on the edges of the panels. Bar caps allow the panel to expand and contract with minimum stress to the panel.
Note: Use a Gasket Washer on Washer Head Screws where fastening the center of panels to the support blocking.
