Adding polycarbonate to your framework is easier with these special pieces designed to hold the panels in place. The Side Caps, also known as “F Channel,” are made from tough, sunlight-resistant UVI polycarbonate, ensuring they are weatherproof and maintenance-free.

The F Channel is designed to cover the vertical edges of polycarbonate sheets, providing a polished and finished edge to your structure. This capping spans the full length of the panels and fits firmly to protect and enhance the edges. The longer top side of the F Channel is UV-protected and should face outward for optimal durability and performance.

Installation Tips:

  • Cutting: Caps can be easily cut to length using a hacksaw.
  • Installation Direction: Always install the Side Cap with the wider side down.

Installation Steps:

  • Install on the sides where panels will end.
  • Fit the Side Cap (“F” extrusion) over one side of the Multi-Wall panel.
  • Secure it in place using Washer Head Screws every 12” to ensure a snug fit.
